Pekarijada 2020

How does HYBRID EVENT PLANNER sound? Event Planner is the first in our market to organize an online event where participants enjoy food, judge samples, vote, jury and join in live panel discussions. We’re talking about Pekarijada 2020! Our clients boldly decided not to cancel their event, but to work with us to give it a new, innovative form, and so became the first in their field to bring the magic and the atmosphere of gathering into the homes of their associates and contestants.

CGA CONFERENCE 2019

From the first conference to the present, we have been following CGA, the Film Association and Crater Studio.
This year, the conference was held from October 31 to November 2. Dinner at the Second Piazza Restaurant, Conference at the Cinematheque, Party at the Fabrika Club.

Meet and match 2019 was held in Portorož from October 2-4

We are proud to have been a part of this story and that we have presented the possibility of organizing events in Serbia with our Slovenian partners IDMC EU. Great reactions from foreign partners, professionals in this field from all over the world. Not only did we participate, but as always – we won the regatta. Phenomenal team building and an opportunity for new socializing and business ventures. Elegant sunny Portorož is as unique as ever.

We look forward to a new get together when we will welcome our colleagues in Belgrade.

Celebrating 25 years of DIM Trade

We have never received so many thank-you notes for a perfectly organized and so far unprecedented event that shifts borders.
The Celebration of 25 years of DIM Trade – 25 years together we build a mosaic of success – left us and all the guests breathless from start to finish. The event took place on October 14th. We took care of every detail, devised the perfect scenario and put it into action. The presenter Bojana Radivojevic, music Magla band, Nataša Bekvalac as a surprise for guests, KUD Jana with a beautiful mix of songs, Crowne Plaza Hotel – as always perfect service and unique colleagues from Dim Trade. Follow up will last for a long time and we are moving on.

Volvo – educational workshops for children – Stop, Look, Wave

Serbia is one of the thirty countries in the world where the Volvo Group organizes safety training for the youngest road users. During this training, the children from the first to the eighth grade of elementary school learn through practical examples, lectures and knowledge testing how to behave in traffic in situations involving trucks and other large commercial vehicles. Workshops have been organized from 2016 to the present in Novi Banovci, Kraljevo, Đurđev and Novi Pazar and our participation was a real pleasure.

Tebodin’s 10th Anniversary Celebration and Regional Meeting

Tebodin “in Serbia is part of the international” Tebodin “network consisting of about 45 active offices in 22 countries. This company supports clients in all stages of project development: from engineering design, procurement, to project management construction. With its 200 clients, Tebodin marked a decade of successful projects and partnerships. It was a great honor for us to organize an event for this company. We chose Hotel Envoy for guests and daily meetings, the dinner with music was unique in the Manufaktura restaurant and the specially decorated space of the Promenade in the colors of the company was the perfect place for such an elegant celebration.


A fantastic Belgrade Acoustic Orchestra took care of the good time. Guests brought smiles, gifts and beautiful emotions.

VOLVO DFC CHALLENGE 2016

We are proud to have the honor of organizing the Drivers Fuel Challenge in different cities in Serbia as well as the finals held in Belgrade. Inspiring contest in fuel consumption and selection of the best food and drink from Novi Sad to Nis, super fun .

College of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship Conference

MOVIE MAGIC training at the Serbian Film Association

Movie Magic Training takes place from September 26-29 at the premises of the Serbian Film Association at 18th Vlajkoviceva Street. Assisting in the organization is noone other than – a new member EVENT PLANNER. We have prepared all the benefits for film crews during filming – accommodation arrangements, catering, transfers, medical services. Proud to be a new SFA member!

Lesaffre and the Union of Bakers of Serbia – Bakery 2018

During the beautiful cooperation we have with Lesaffre and Milena Obradovic, Marketing Director, we were honored to participate in the organization of the ceremony and the announcement of the winner of Pekariada 2018 – the competition for the best professional bakers and young bakers of Serbia, which was held on 25.04.2018. at the Madlenianum Theater. The performance of the bakers delighted over 400 satisfied guests, the program was directed by Dragan Kosjerina and the entertainment part was enhanced by Wonder Strings, Blaža, Dejan Lazarević and trumpet players and Una Saga Serbica.
